Kimberly Kelm is the wife of our Senior Pastor, as well as being an accomplished individual in her own right. Mrs. Kelm serves as the Foundational Christian Family Ministry's Minister to Women, the leader of our Special Prayer Team, and the leader of the FCFM Drama Team. Born and raised in California, Kimberly has lived in Minnesota sense 1991. She is the middle-child of 3 siblings, and has 2 daughters of her own.

Mrs. Kelm was saved on 911. After witnessing the destruction of the Twin Towers in New York, Kimberly found herself facing her own uncertainty over her future. After a conversation that lasted several hours with her younger sister, Kimberly accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior. Sense then, she has been a dynamo for our Lord!

While attending a local Community Church, Kimberly discovered her love of Christian drama. After attending training at The Willow Creak Church's drama leadership program, she became regularly active within her own church's drama department. Kimberly was also active in the Angel Tree Program for the children of incarcerated parents, as well as in St.Croix Riders, which is a program that assists disabled children participate in horse back riding. She was identified as a significant "prayer warrior", and soon took a position of a regular member of her church's prayer team.

Mrs. Kelm's brilliant smile and sparkling personality, often conceals the difficult challenges that she has faced within her life. These challenges have however, given her a sincere heart for the challenges that many women face within their life, and Kimberly serves as a powerful example of God's grace and loving mercy. After facing significant physical and emotional abuse at the hands of those with whom she was involved with early in her life, she now has a strong desire to offer a message of forgiveness and hope through the saving grace of Jesus Christ! "I want to help women who are in relationships that are physically emotionally and spiritually unhealthy, to realize that regardless of the abuse addictions and sin that is now a part of their existence, they are never too far away from God! By reaching out for Him, they can find the safety and freedom that only Jesus Christ can provide!"

After meeting James Kelm while attending a bible study, they were married and moved to Duluth. After much prayer and seeking God's direction, Kimberly helped her husband establish the Foundational Christian Family Ministry. "I want to help to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who are lonely, broken, and afraid," she says. "I want to help others find the peace that comes from having a relationship with our Lord

Kimberly is a blessing to all with whom she comes in contact with, and is an unquestionable blessing to this ministry! "I want to follow God's will, and be a loyal Christian!"
